Simon qualified as a solicitor in 1993, since when he has practiced exclusively in the area of Family Law. He joined Crisp & Co in 2003 and became a Partner in the firm in 2005.
Simon is both a trained Mediator and Collaborative Lawyer. He deals with all aspects of family breakdown including Divorce, Matrimonial finances as well as Pre-Nuptial and Cohabitation Agreements.
Simon also deals with cases involving children and has experience of International abduction cases in the High Court of Justice.
Simon is a full member of Resolution.
