Simon Clark qualified as a solicitor in 1993 having first obtained degrees in law and sociology and pure law. On qualification Simon immediately specialised in the area of family law. He joined Crisp & Co in 2003 as an Assistant Solicitor and became a Partner in the firm in 2005.
Simon specialises in all aspects of family breakdown including divorce and matrimonial finances as well as Pre-nuptial and Co-habitation Agreements. In addition Simon also deals with cases involving the law relating to children. Since 1998 Simon has been a member of the Law Society's Children Panel. Simon has experience of international abduction cases in the High Court of Justice.
As well as being a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel, He is a full member of Resolution (formerly known as the Solicitors Family Law Association).
